How To Change/Write IMEI On MTK Android Devices Using Chamelephon
Earlier i made a tutorial on How To Change/Write IMEI On MTK Android Devices Using MTK Engineering Mode App. This time around goes to Chamelephon.
OBSERVATIONS:
[*] Changing/Writing IMEI using Chamelephon does not require root permission.
[*] In Some Android Versions; Changing/Writing IMEI using Chamelephon requires root permission.
eg: IMEI 1: 35xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

STEPS »
- Download latest Chamelephon App from Google Play Store or from here v1.0
- Install App.
- Lauch App.
- Select IMEI 1 (for sim 1 imei).
- Select IMEI 2 (for sim 2 imei).
- Write a 15 digit working imei (serial number) or generate any using the Generate random IMEIs Option.
eg: IMEI 1: 35xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
- Click the Apply New IMEIs button.
- A prompt will be shown asking "Do you confirm changing IMEIs ?"
- Select Change.
- Reboot device and dail *#06# to check if the imei has being written.
