Make your battery is charged.

Power off the phone
Press and hold # button (Green) and press Power on (Yellow)
On screen you will see "All data will be lost continue?
Choose Yes
On screen you will see "Formatting flash, please wait.."
Wait until phone reboot
Done!

WARNING!
Hard Reset will erase all of your data
All described operations you are doing at your own risk.
